The Role: HR Waste Truck Driver
Step into a crucial role where you'll be responsible for:
  • Operating specialist equipment: Expertly manage Hooklift, Front Lift, or Rear Lift waste trucks for essential commercial collections.
  • Mastering your route: Follow scheduled routes efficiently to ensure timely and safe collections across the region.
  • Championing safety: Maintain the highest safety standards, including correct PPE usage and proactive hazard reporting.
  • Team collaboration: Serve as a key communicator, effectively liaising with the depot and operations teams.

What We Need From You
  • A valid HR Truck Licence is essential.
  • 6–12 months of proven HR driving experience (prior commercial waste industry experience is a major asset however not essential as training will be provided).
  • Reliable personal transport to and from the Bathurst depot.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to safely complete manual tasks, including lifting up to 30 kg.
  • A strong, proactive commitment to safety and a positive team-first attitude.
  • Successful completion of a mandatory drug & alcohol test and a police check.
  • A current RMS driving history report.
